Do you enjoy turning business needs into actionable solutions? Join us at Tryg and help shape the future IT setup of the leading Nordic insurance company.

About the role | Business Analyst

Join our Nordic Claims Hub as a Business Analyst and be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining robust, efficient, and customer-centric claim systems! As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our team and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and structure requirements. We work across the Nordics, and you will collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

  • Maintain clear documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria to empower the development team and ensure alignment with business objectives

About you | Process-minded and curious

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background as a Business Analyst. Experience with Guidewire systems or insurance is an advantage, but we offer comprehensive training and certification pathways for candidates eager to learn. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is beneficial.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates an analytical and proactive approach to tasks, focusing on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Is familiar with working in agile environments and enjoys close collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Exhibits curiosity to understand the underlying reasons behind existing processes and seeks opportunities for enhancement.
  • Sets and upholds high benchmarks for both the quantity and quality of work delivered.
  • Effectively bridges development, operations, security, and business needs, fostering cohesive collaboration across the organization.
