About the role 

In our Transformation team we specifically work on driving the execution of company’s largest transformation program - NextTech. We are an integrated part of the Business & IT Digital-department. NextTech is a cross-organizational program, where the aim is to simplify our IT-landscape, optimize Nordic synergies, and overall be more prepared to meet the challenges and expectations of the future, especially when it comes to new technologies and ways of working.

 

In the program portfolio we have over 25 projects and multiple tracks cutting across all business lines. We are looking for a Digital Transformation Director with extensive experience of driving large scale programs at large organizations with deep Digital/IT expertise. This pivotal role involves leading and managing the daily operations across tracks to ensure consistency, manage interdependencies, steer key stakeholders from Business and IT leadership team and drive cross-cutting initiatives, e.g., sourcing, governance, organizational impact.

 

Key responsibilities include establishing a structured execution framework for the cross-cutting activities and driving their execution involving relevant people in the Transformation team and across the entire organization.

 

The Digital Transformation Director will work very closely with the head of Transformation Office (TMO) as well as with track leads and project managers and be responsible for ensuring effective coordination, execution of cross-track initiatives, dependency management across tracks and stakeholder management.

 

 

About you

We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of large-scale program management in the context of large corporates, preferably with focus on digital transformation projects and programs incl. implementation programs. You are an effective communicator, active listener, empathetic people leader, can navigate stakeholders with different agendas, and can work within cross-functional team in high pace environment. You are a quick learner and can adapt to various corporate culture environments. You have strong problem-solving skills, incl. the ability to quickly understand and dissect complex problems, to define a structured solutioning approaches and to execute them efficiently.
