About the team and the role | Strong collaboration 

We are in a proces of creating a new scrum team and strengthening the existing ones within CommercialART.  All teams within the ART are focusing on creating value for the Tryg business unit called Commercial Lines.  

In CommercialART, we specialize in designing and creating insurance solutions for commercial and corporate customers. We contribute to the development of our cutting-edge digital insurance platform, designing innovative products and pricing strategies to meet dynamic market needs.

For this position, you will be part of an agile team staffed with professional colleagues mastering business analysis, development and testing. As a Lead Developer, you will in addition to designing and developing the applications, help guiding the team and facilitate agile events in a SAFe set-up.

We expect you to foster a learning culture and enhance team progress, focus on deliveries, supporting simplification and ensuring focus on wellbeing at work for the team members.

You will be responsible for:

• Being the full-stack lead developer in the team
• Help translate the high-level architecture into tangible coding practices
• Guide the development team to achieve great technical solutions
• Review the code and designs to ensure high quality and adherence to coding standards  
• Actively taking part in facilitation of team events
• Actively taking part in removing the teams' impediments and escalating issues when necessary to ensure seamless workflow

You have a solid background as a full-stack web-developer and a T-profile mindset. Your background may be diverse, but your foundation is solid. If there are gaps in your knowledge, we're here to fill them.
