You will step into a pivotal role, working closely with our new CDO, Jonas Linnebjerg, and his leadership team to ensure strategic progress and execution.
About the Role | Strategic Advisory, Transformation, and Execution
As a Management Advisor, you will have a dynamic workday with a broad range of stakeholders. Your primary responsibility is to support the CDO in driving the strategic agenda and ensuring that our ambitions around customer obsession, scale, and simplicity become reality. You will act as a trusted advisor who brings structure and clarity to a complex environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the CDO’s strategic agenda - Contributing to the development and execution of the data strategy in close collaboration with leadership.
- Driving transformation projects - Taking ownership of cross-organizational initiatives across the data organization, the business, and central functions to ensure value creation.
- Leadership support - Assisting the data leadership team with strategic projects and preparing board-ready presentations and decision materials for the CDO leadership team.
- Trusted advisor - Acting as the CDO’s right hand and confidential sparring partner on strategic and organizational matters.
- Driving the social agenda - Planning and facilitating social activities, leadership gatherings, and off-sites to strengthen culture and engagement across the data organization.
- Administrative support - Ensuring an effective operational rhythm by assisting with calendar management and other administrative tasks for the CDO.
About You | Strategic Driver with a Consultant Toolbox and Data Understanding
We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and data. You likely have at least three years of experience in consulting or a similar in-house role, giving you a strong methodological foundation.
We imagine that you:
- Think strategically - You can structure complex problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
- Have an affinity for data - You have a natural interest in data and understand how it creates commercial value.
- Bring a strong consultant toolbox - You excel in PowerPoint, storytelling, and executive communication.
- Work independently and proactively - You take ownership, anticipate challenges, and bring solutions to the table.
- Are a strong collaborator - You communicate effortlessly at all levels and approach colleagues with humility and a cooperative mindset.
- You hold a relevant master’s degree (e.g., cand.merc., cand.polit., or similar).
- Proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages as well as English is required.
