People Change Manager

About the role | People Change Manager for NextTech
We are looking for an experienced and passionate People Change Manager to join our NextTech Program and help drive and secure the people change aspects in our initiatives in collaboration with our NextTech Leadership Team and business stakeholders. The NextTech program is a part of our Nordic transformation strategy where we handle focus on future ready, simple and scalable Nordic solutions. The program involves stakeholders from our entire organization, as our IT landscape affects all our colleagues and departments. You will join our Large Transformations team, which works with strategic projects across many insurance business areas.

 

As a People Change Manager your responsibilities will be responsible for analyzing change management options and drive the activities in close cooperation with the Building Block lead, our business partners and IT stakeholders, ensuring that the initiatives deliver the business value, at speed. Therefore, stakeholder management and collaboration are key as well as facilitating the change needed. 

 

We are working across multiple countries and with several external partners, hence, we are looking for a candidate with experience in driving project deliverables across diverse, multicultural teams with several stakeholders.

 

 

About you | Strong people change management skills
We are open to diverse backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of driving people change management activities in large programs and projects including experience across Waterfall planning and execution and also Lean and Agile Methods. Business understanding within the Insurance sector, internal communication management and experience from legacy replacements will be seen as key advantages.

 

We believe it is important that you:

  • Have strong stakeholder management and change management skills  
  • Are a great facilitator and a strong communicator across all levels in the organization both oral and written.  
  • Are analytical - able to understand and analyse the situation and complexity, and find options and present preferred solutions   
  • Have experience in driving people change management in big and complex projects, preferably in a large organization or corporation.
  • Develop, coordinate, plan and facilitate gatherings, workshops and training sessions
  • Drive internal communication channels and activities to create engagement and maintain consistent and clear communication flow
  • Experienced and focused on deliveries and targets. “Keep it simple” with a strong focus on creating value      
  • You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English   
  • Preferred Certifications: Prosci, ADKAR, APMG or similar. Tryg uses ADKAR as change management framework.
