About The Role
As our new People Leader you will join one of our three Business Technology-units. These units function as a bridge between our IT-department and different part of our Insurance business. Our finest task is to connect strategy and business capabilities that are needed to deliver organizational goals, by providing the technical solutions needed to do so. We work inspired by SAFe methodology.
You will carry the responsibility for a team of 12-15 employee such as Scrum Masters and team members with competencies such as business analysts, developers, architects, etc. You will function as an operational day-to-day manager, focusing on elements such as 1-1 conversations, performance evaluation, and building the team and their competencies. We believe in being hands-on and providing specialized professional sparring within the given specialized areas. Even though the day-to-day management will be your focus area, being a sparring partner will also be an essential part of your daily tasks.
Together with relevant stakeholders you will focus on the organizational health and optimization of the unit.
Your Main Responsibilities will be
• Recruitment and HR function for employees and consultants, including managing headcounts and scalability.
• Develop and drive people strategy
• Ensure development of competences and career paths, employee performance reviews, together with People & Communication.
• Giving specialized sparring within i.e. Insurance or IT and tech.
What we expect
We are open to diverse backgrounds, but we expect that you have in-depth knowledge of and experience with Lean Agile approaches on all levels of the organization.
As a person you are genuinely interested in helping other people succeed. You have probably worked in several larger agile set-ups, preferably you also have some experience from a larger international organization.
