About the job | Take part in shaping the future of Tryg

We are already well on our journey identifying and initiating strategic actions to prepare and move our organization into the future. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for Portfolio processes across Tryg and will help drive the Nordic organizational transformation towards a more Lean Portfolio approach.

 

As a Portfolio & Transformation Consultant, you will collaborate with IT management, the IT organization and relevant stakeholders across Tryg.

 

In this role you will:

  • Work on a variety of different strategic portfolio topics, where the tasks are of very high importance for IT and across business areas in Tryg
  • Shape, drive, coordinate and execute both portfolio and IT Strategy processes e.g. anchor out Lean Portfolio process across Tryg, help define Tryg’s future Benefit Management setup and strengthen our IT Strategy processes
  • Analyze portfolio performance and at the same time play an important role in ensuring feedback-loops, optimize processes and support the Data team regarding portfolio performance metrics 
  • Prepare strategic investment proposals and other ad hoc documentation incl. design and documentation of processes

 

Continuous improvement is what drives the transformation process and what is the foundation for us to succeed and move forward. We use agile methodologies and you will have various responsibilities in your role, so flexibility is the key.

 

About you | Strategy and portfolio management

You hold a master’s degree combined with 5-10 years’ experience with portfolio management, including agile methodology and transformation.

 

You have probably worked as a Portfolio Manager, Agile Transformation Consultant or similar.

 

In addition, you:

  • Have experience with Lean Portfolio Management, and can organize and get things done by taking a leading role
  • Have experience with developing / conceptualizing new approaches and executing on same through strong facilitation of processes with different roles across an organization
  • See new and innovative ways to problem solving, move forward with ideas and overcome roadblocks to push it through
  • Are used to deliver content and decision proposal to senior management through strong storytelling, and have profound experience with stakeholder management across and at all levels within an organization, hence political clout is something you possess
  • You have a holistic approach: high-level overview and know when to go in details (to work both top-down and bottom-up) – hence you have an analytical mindset and love to go into depth when needed
  • Are a master with numbers and can navigate easily in excel sheets, and you are always 2 steps ahead

 

You communicate clearly in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
