About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Program Manager to join our NextTech team and help drive our infrastructure consolidation program with focus on Cloud, containerization and mainframe consolidation. You will join our Large Transformations team, which works with strategic projects across many insurance business areas.
As Program Manager your responsibilities will be to setup the program organization in close cooperation with the NextTech leadership team, our business partners and IT stakeholders to ensure the best fit for the stage of the program and deliver the right value, the right way at speed. Therefore, stakeholder management and collaboration are key as well as facilitating the program processes and execution.
We are working on setting up a program to address our operations and infrastructure landscape in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You will be responsible for, coordinate, and lead initiatives within the IT infrastructure landscape related to cloud strategy, containerization, and mainframe.
Hence, we are looking for a strong profile to help us on this journey, ensure a fit future while enabling ongoing business deliveries but at the same time consolidating and simplifying our infrastructure. We have high ambitions and work closely together with business and technology.

About you
• We are open to diverse backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of setting up and driving large execution programs through Lean and Agile Methods. Solid program experience and understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure) and hybrid cloud infrastructure management and knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization and CI/CD pipelines are expected.

• Are a great facilitator and a strong communicator across all levels in the organization both oral and written.
• Able to navigate in the organization (business and technology) including negotiation skills
• Analytical - Able to understand and analyse the situation and complexity and find solutions
• Team player and able to work on all levels of the organization with an agile mind-set
• Experienced and focused on deliveries and targets. “Keep it simple” with a strong focus on creating value
• Able to navigate in a high-performance environment
• Understanding IT especially regarding legacy system replacement
• You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English
• Certifications: PMI PMP, IPMA A / B or equivalent
• Experience from infrastructure transformations in Insurance or the financial sector are an advantage
