About the role | Put your capabilities to work and take responsibility
As a domain Architect, you will play a crucial role in all HR IT activities, aiming to modernize our systems and capabilities to better support our HR processes. You will provide guidance on HR application tasks while taking a leading role in driving solutions with our IT sourcing partners.
Your responsibilities will include continuous improvement, ensuring the architecture develops as planned and is executed effectively. You will also help prepare and implement our IT strategic roadmap, which includes relevant IT activities, in close collaboration with colleagues in architecture and sourcing partners.
Tryg IT works in an outsourcing model, so collaboration with external partners is a substantial part of the role. You will also be working closely with the other 3 Domain Architects in the department and our Enterprise Architects. When time allows, it can even happen that this role gets involved with interesting projects outside of the HR domain.
About you | Process-oriented mindset
You may have worked as an HR domain architect or broadly within HR applications, building competencies to handle this role. Understanding HR processes and “talking the language” is key to succeeding in this role.
You have a good business understanding, a process-oriented mindset, and a structured approach to your tasks. You exude credibility, are passionate about your subject, and are visionary with a broad overview. You possess technical flair and excel in engaging in dialogue with stakeholders. You are good at sharing knowledge and can communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization, from SME to COO. You thrive both working independently and, in a team, taking responsibility in the role of Architect, and supporting our outsourcing parting in creating great IT solutions.

The IT system landscape in Tryg is complex, and we are in the important process to structure and utilize our HR data. We use SAP Success factor as HR system, which is strategically important in Tryg.
As a Domaine Architect, you will be part of Enterprise Solutions, in our team of 17 people who are responsible for our Finance and HR systems. You will be responsible for ensuring IT solutions for HR in the Nordic countries together with our strategic partners. The team is located in Ballerup (Denmark) and Bergen (Norway). In this role, you will participate in designing HR solutions, provide input to reference architecture, and be an active participant in decisions about ongoing optimizations.
Our HR System landscape contains, apart from SuccessFactors, also Zalaris and about 35 other HR systems that we are looking to consolidate, optimize, and fully utilize.
