About the department
Our department consists of Scrum Masters, IT product owners, developers and agile specialists and we work on creating insurance solutions targeting private customers in our Agile Release Train.
You will be of a part a team, which focuses particularly on welcoming customers. The team is passionate about creating cool, customer-oriented digital solutions within the product area ‘My Offer’. “My Offer” is essential for us to be able to on-board customers in a way that enhances the customer experience and creates great value for our colleagues in the business area.

About the role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, and have a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
You will be challenged in a wide variety of areas:
• Understanding UX/UI design requirements and converting them to applications using React
• Building modular and reuseable components. Write clean and ensure extensible architecture. The languages we use are Java, JavaScript/typescript, and PHP. Frameworks we use include Spring boot, React & Drupal. Our setup includes Azure, Kubernetes and GitLab.
• Working with microservice and micro frontend architecture.
About you
We are open to diverse backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of software engineering with an agile mindset.
You have excellent social skills and enjoy fun at work. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, you understand the value of teamwork and can easily communicate and collaborate with other teams. You know that software engineering is not just about writing code but about delivering solutions that meet business objectives, hence we expect you to participate in all development activities from idea to production.
