About the role
As part of Enterprise & Domain Architecture it is our task to set the direction, steer, guide, advise, and facilitate the development and integrity of the architecture across Tryg. Working closely with the business and IT teams, you will ensure the strategic link to the transformations in Tryg. We aim to be a true catalyst for the execution of the strategy, adding value, technological insight and to be a favored sparring partner for the business.
Enterprise Architects in Tryg identify, evaluate and facilitate decisions on the architectural challenges, to realize strategic tech excellence. The responsibilities include advising, reviewing, contributing, and assisting stakeholders and participants on challenging transformations. You will work across the entire organization, develop recommendations and translate them into actionable roadmaps, and act as guardian for the architectural aspect of the overall strategy.
You will join in Enterprises Architectures endeavor to mature and develop our processes and efforts around architecture standards and principles. To support high quality delivery through regular engagement with other architects in Tryg, and improve on our ways of working. You will be partake in our architecture advisory work and enable business opportunities through architecture.
About you
We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture and IT Architecture perhaps also with experience from an advisory role or the insurance market.
It is an advantage for this position if you have experience with deeper technical aspects such as integration technologies, data modelling and data management, with a continued curiosity for emerging technologies.
You are an excellent communicator and know how to navigate both the strategic and the operational levels. You formulate a direction and navigate in a complex organization, and you appreciate the importance of a team-oriented and dialogue-based approach with the ability to build consensus among many stakeholders.
