About the role 

In Service Integration and Management (SIAM) we specifically work on orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of services to support Tryg Business. The aim is to provide a single point of visibility and control for the cross-service management and delivery of services provided by different vendors.

Service Integration and Management includes collaboration across vendors, Tryg´s IT-department and Tryg´s different business areas.

 

The Service Integration Manager will take an active role in Tryg’s SIAM organization to ensure efficient cross vendor collaboration and improved support of business requirements and delivery models. The aim is to deliver optimized service quality to the business who supports Tryg’s customers including alignment of the perception of these.

 

The team currently consists of a minor group of Service Integrators as the department is a newly established function. Internally we prioritize regular sparring and focus on lifting as a group.

 

Core tasks as a Service Integration Manager is:

  • Establish and maintain relationships across Tryg´s business areas in order to secure the alignment of services and operational performance to customer requirements
  • Engage actively in development and maintaining processes related to Service Integration and Management
  • Ensure the business utilize the existing processes from operational standpoint and handle escalations where the normal processes fails
  • Initiate and follow-up on necessary improvement measures cross the vendors represented in SIAM governance

 

The Service Integration Manager in SIAM manages a multi-vendor setup by integrating the vendors services to a seamless end-to-end service that supports the business requirements. The purpose of the role is to ensure the different vendors focus on cross deliveries by engaging in a close collaboration where proactivity and business performance are at the center.

 

 

About you

We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of service deliveries and process overview. Business understanding and empathy is essential to bring development, operation, security and business closer together.

 

As a Service Integration Manager you will work closely together with many different roles in and outside  Tryg, hence communication and stakeholder management is key to being successful in the role. Supporting the current and future customer requirements and cross delivery models by working closely with business are some of the areas you strive in and aim to succeed.

 

Because you will be acting across organizational boundaries, we feel that it is important that you are able to remain calm and motivated despite potential challenges arises and things doesn’t succeed at first. Being able to convey your messages clearly and comprehensibly is one of your key strengths and desire to create simple solutions and processes is part of your DNA.
