About the job | Solution Architect

Customer engagement data is distributed across numerous systems, and to enable the business to work effectively with customer experience processes at scale, we've built a modern, cloud-native, and real-time data platform that ensures and enables easy, secure, and compliant collection, analysis, and access to CX data. 

 

Given the complexity of our integration landscape, we are now looking for a Solution Architect to take ownership of the integration and data architecture within the customer experience domain. 

 

As our Solution Architect, you will engage directly with various systems, components, and frameworks. You will collaborate with internal teams across Tryg, as well as external vendors and consultants. Your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining future-proof solutions and integrations 
  • Ensuring scalability, security, and performance in architecture 
  • Creating and maintaining clear documentation for system designs, integration strategies, and architectural decisions 
  • Establishing and supporting a compliant, robust data governance framework built upon a common data model 
  • Managing technical communications with both external and internal stakeholders and vendors 
  • Supporting incident management and troubleshooting activities related to integrations and architecture components 

 

About you | Curious and Experienced in Enterprise Technology and Architecture

We expect you to have a relevant education in software engineering, data science, data management, or a related field, along with experience in enterprise technology and architecture. Ideally, you have familiarity with tools and technologies such as:

 

  • API tools: Postman, Insomnia, and Swagger 
  • Monitoring tools: Kibana, OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk 
  • Streaming and related technologies: Kafka, Kubernetes, and GraphQL 
  • Languages: Python, SQL, and JavaScript 
  • Collaboration, ITSM & DevOps: GitLab, ServiceNow, OneTrust, Confluence, and Jira 

 

You are genuinely curious, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to see how different components integrate within larger systems. You view technical challenges as exciting new obstacles to overcome and a reason to improve your skills. 

 

The team and its stakeholders span multiple countries, so cultural awareness and excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) are essential. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage.

Data is one of Tryg's most valuable assets, and customer experience is a key strategic enabler for our business. As part of the CX Technology team within Tryg's Data & Analytics division, you will work at the intersection of data and customer experience. 

 

Our team has end-to-end responsibility for managing and supporting all technical aspects of Tryg's Customer Experience (Voice of the Customer) platform, including integrations, data modeling, compliance, and vendor management. 

 

Together with awesome colleagues, you will directly contribute to Tryg’s newly launched “United Towards ’27” strategy and make an impact on both internal and customer-facing applications and processes.
