Become part of Tryg’s Strategy Execution team within Strategic Finance as part of the CFO area and play a key role in translating complex project delivery into clear, compelling storylines that enable senior leaders to make confident, informed decisions.

 

About the role | Strategic Storytelling & Execution Consultant

As a member of the Strategy Execution team, you will work closely with the Head of Strategy Execution to support the delivery of key projects and initiatives by building strong, integrated strategic narratives across the department’s portfolio. You will gather insights and content from diverse projects and stakeholders, craft professional slides and presentations, and deliver materials that capture the right story for Operational, Tactical, Oversight, and Strategic Steering Committees – forums involving stakeholders from functional leaders up to Executive Board members (C-level).

Your core focus will be to ensure the strategic messages and stories are aligned, insightful, and impactful – enabling the CFO area’s strategic finance objectives to be realized through effective execution.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Build and deliver high-quality presentation materials and strategic storylines for multiple Steering Committees across governance levels
  • Collaborate with project teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders to collect, validate, and synthesize relevant content into coherent strategic narratives
  • Translate complex project data and progress updates into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Support the Head of Strategy Execution in ensuring that all materials help align execution efforts with Finance strategy goals
  • Maintain narrative consistency and clarity across projects and committee presentations within the department’s scope
  • Partner with PMO colleagues on programme updates and risk/issue summaries, adding strategic context and interpretation
  • Continuously improving how strategic content is communicated and presented, leveraging both analytical and storytelling skills

Location: Copenhagen, with occasional Nordic travel

  

About you | Strategic communicator with strong execution mindset

You bring together strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn complex operational realities into clear and compelling strategic narratives. Building on this foundation, you navigate multiple projects and stakeholders with ease - extracting, structuring, and synthesizing the information that truly matters. Your approach is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by impact.

To thrive in this role, you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy execution, strategic finance, management consulting, PMO, or related roles, with a strong focus on storytelling and presentation
  • A proven ability to create engaging presentations and storylines for senior leadership teams and executive committees
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex business and project data into clear insights and messages
  • Advanced PowerPoint and visual communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with both finance and business stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment with shifting priorities
  • Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
