The Transformation Office at Tryg is responsible for driving the company’s ongoing transformation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering transparent communication across all levels of the organization. As we embark on our ambitious journey towards 2027, we are looking for a new colleague to join our PMO team, focused on tracking strategic goals and ensuring clear, effective engagement with the Board of Directors.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation at one of Scandinavia’s leading insurance companies. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for portfolio management, including financials, IT inventory transparency, metrics, and executive reporting.
In this role, you will:
- Be involved in driving the process and setup around IT-related strategic goals and collaborating with IT management, helping create transparency of our progress.
- Collect data from the IT organization regarding the status of IT strategic objectives.
- Identify trends and deviations in the progress of the IT strategy.
- Prepare and present KPI reporting to the IT leadership team to keep them informed about performance and progress.
- Propose improvements and adjustments based on KPI analysis to help drive continuous improvements in alignment with strategic goals.
- Play a key role in our Board of Director IT Committee meetings, driving a quarterly process and providing clear and insightful reporting on our progress and relevant topics.
- Plan and coordinate the content for meetings within the Board of Director IT Committee, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and objectives.
- Facilitate productive and focused meetings, ensuring that discussions remain on track and yield actionable outcomes.
- Create detailed meeting minutes, track decisions made and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Additionally, you will take on various strategic ad hoc tasks as they arise and assist the rest of the team with a range of activities supporting the overall ambitions of the PMO.
About you
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have a holistic view while being analytical and structured with great drive. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to navigate across the organization and create efficient presentations. It comes naturally to you to be curious, and you thrive in dialogue with people. You are able to keep an overview while also having a keen eye for detail.
We imagine that you have several years of work experience in a similar position. We expect you to understand an IT organization and have experience in collaboration with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
In addition, you:
- Can organize and get things done by taking a leading role.
- Have experience with developing/designing processes and executing them through strong facilitation with different roles across an organization.
- Are used to delivering content and decision proposals to senior management through strong storytelling; PowerPoint skills are expected.
- Have profound experience with stakeholder management across and at all levels within an organization.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can navigate easily in Excel sheets.
- Are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Are a strong team player, able to take on a variety of tasks and assist others to ensure that all aspects of the transformation are well-supported.
- Are always two steps ahead.
Continuous improvement drives the transformation process and is the foundation for us to succeed and move forward. We use agile methodologies, and you will have various responsibilities in your role, so flexibility is key.
You will report to the Head of IT Transparency & Portfolio Management.
About us
As part of Tryg's transformation journey, our PMO team is a crucial enabler for driving processes and creating transparency throughout our transformational journey. We are in search of a Transformation Consultant to join our PMO team.
You will become part of Business IT & Digitalization (BID), which today consists of approximately 700 dedicated employees who support the current development of the Tryg Group. The BID organization is Nordic, with the majority of central functions located at the headquarters in Ballerup.
The PMO team is part of our Transformation Office, which currently consists of 11 people who work closely with other departments across the organization.
