The Position | Cooperation and Responsibility
As a Senior Account Manager at Tryg Trade UK, you will play a pivotal role within our Surety team. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, ensuring the growth and stability of our client relationships and business operations.
Your tasks will include:
- Managing an existing portfolio of surety clients, ranging from SMEs to multinationals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through your network, self-prospecting, and attending networking events.
- Collaborating with European colleagues to enhance both existing and new business relationships.
- Actively participating in UK risk committee discussions and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
This is a hybrid role based in our UK office in Moorgate, London. A typical week includes a mix of working from the London office, working from home, and attending client and prospect meetings across the UK.
We also welcome applications from candidates based elsewhere in the UK, as travel to London and client sites will be supported as required.
About You | Teamwork & Entrepreneurship

To succeed in the role, you should have:
- Over three years of experience in the surety industry, either as a broker or underwriter
- Expertise in bond wording
- Strong underwriting and risk management capabilities
- A client-centric mindset
- Proficiency in IT systems and excellent organizational skills
- A willingness to travel to meet clients and prospects across the UK
