Transformation Manager - Malmö, Stockholm, or Copenhagen

About the role | Transformation Manager in Finance PMO

As Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in a program-sized effort to enhance financial steering and transparency across Tryg. You will be part of the central PMO team within Tryg Finance, responsible for ensuring that transformation initiatives are well-governed, strategically aligned, and deliver measurable business value.

 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Drive core PMO activities such as planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination 
  • Ensure program governance and structure support transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making 
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Business Units, and senior leadership to align transformation efforts with strategic goals 
  • Support program leadership in tracking progress, managing dependencies, and facilitating change 
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of transformation frameworks, tools, and best practices 

 

Location: Malmö, Stockholm, or Copenhagen. The role involves Nordic collaboration, including occasional travel to other offices.

 

About you | Structured, strategic, and impact-oriented 

You are a transformation professional who combines analytical thinking with strong execution skills. You understand the importance of financial governance and know how to drive change in a structured and collaborative way. 

 

To be successful in the role, you bring: 

  • 7+ years of experience in transformation, program management, or PMO roles  
  • A Master of Science in Business, Finance, or a related field 
  • Strong understanding of financial steering, reporting structures, and governance 
  • Experience working in large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English
