Job Description: 

Do you enjoy working at the intersection of marketing technology, development, and business needs? Do you have hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign and a passion for building scalable MarTech solutions? Then you might be the Platform Developer we are looking for in Tryg’s Nordic Marketing Automation & MarTech team.

 

You will join a Nordic team working across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway to develop and maintain customer communication and marketing automation solutions across Tryg and Trygg-Hansa.

 

The role combines hands-on development, technical advisory, and close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, developers, and business stakeholders across the Nordics.

 

About the role | Driving Nordic MarTech solutions

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

  • Developing and maintaining solutions in Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Designing workflows, integrations, campaigns, and custom solutions
  • Supporting onboarding and adoption across Nordic business units
  • Investigating incidents and implementing fixes
  • Contributing to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

 

About you | Technically strong and collaborative

 

We imagine that you:

 

  • Have solid hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Adobe Campaign
  • Have development experience with workflows, integrations, APIs, and data models
  • Are experienced with JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and ETL processes
  • Understand omni-channel customer communication platforms
  • Thrive in agile and collaborative environments
  • Communicate fluently in English and preferably one Nordic language.

 

Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and enterprise MarTech environments is considered an advantage.
