Do you have extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and enjoy turning complex requirements into scalable Marketing Automation solutions? Are you motivated by combining deep technical expertise with architectural thinking and close collaboration with the business? Then you might be our new Senior Adobe Campaign Classic Developer in Tryg’s Nordic Marketing Automation & MarTech team.
You’ll join a Nordic team where you can help shape and develop Marketing Automation solutions supporting customer communication and digital engagement across the Nordic markets.
About the role | Build scalable Marketing Automation solutions across the Nordics
As Senior Adobe Campaign Classic Developer, you’ll become part of a highly skilled, cross-functional team working closely with developers, architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders across the Nordic countries.
Your main focus will be hands-on development in Adobe Campaign Classic. You’ll design, develop, and evolve solutions that support customer communication across channels, while contributing to the architecture, scalability, and technical quality of our Marketing Automation platform.
Our team acts as an enabler for business units across the Nordics, so close collaboration with the business is an important part of the role. You’ll help translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and advise stakeholders on the best way to solve different needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing solutions in Adobe Campaign Classic based on business and technical requirements
- Building technical workflows, integrations, triggered campaigns, landing pages, custom channels, and APIs
- Working with data models, schemas, ETL processes, and integrations across our MarTech ecosystem
- Troubleshooting incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable fixes
- Contributing to solution architecture and ensuring scalability, security, and platform governance
- Collaborating across multiple initiatives while ensuring quality and alignment with our overall Adobe Campaign strategy
- Sharing your expertise and supporting other developers through sparring, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
About you | Deep Adobe Campaign expertise with an architectural mindset
You’re an experienced Adobe Campaign Classic developer who enjoys being close to the technology while also considering the bigger picture. You can navigate a complex enterprise environment and understand how technical choices affect scalability, maintainability, and business value.
You enjoy collaborating with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders and are comfortable challenging requirements and proposing better solutions when needed.
We imagine that you:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Campaign Classic development experience, preferably from complex enterprise environments
- Have strong experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, including schema design, FDA, JSSP, WebApps, SOAP APIs, SQL, data modelling, and custom integrations
- Are experienced with JavaScript, XML, SQL, HTML/CSS, APIs, and ETL processes
- Have experience working in agile delivery teams
- Understand omni-channel marketing and customer communication platforms
- Have an interest in solution architecture, scalability, security, and platform governance
- Can balance business requirements with technical possibilities and constraints
- Work in a structured and proactive way and take ownership of your solutions
- Communicate fluently in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
About us | Make a Nordic impact and work across borders as one team
You’ll be part of our Nordic Marketing Automation & MarTech team, working across Ballerup, Stockholm, and Bergen. Even though we’re based in different countries, we collaborate closely, share knowledge openly, and solve challenges together.
We’re not just running tools – we’re building capabilities. You’ll have real influence on how marketing technology and automation develop across the Nordics and how we create better customer communication at scale.
As a growing team, there’s room to take responsibility, deepen your expertise, and help shape future solutions and ways of working. We value autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive environment where people enjoy working together and learning from each other.
