Job Description:

Would you like to work closely with Tryg’s Executive Board and help address some of the company’s most important priorities?

As a Senior Business Advisor in Tryg’s Executive Office, you will turn complex questions into clear insights and decision material. You will gain broad exposure across Tryg and take on meaningful responsibility in a role with strong opportunities for development.

About the role | Senior Business Advisor

As our new Senior Business Advisor you will be an integral part of the Executive Office team, working closely with Tryg’s Executive Board. Our team ensures that the Executive Board has the optimal foundation for making informed decisions and setting the strategic direction for Tryg.

The role combines strategic problem-solving, executive advisory and hands-on delivery. You will take ownership of assignments from initial framing and analysis through stakeholder alignment and executive communication to implementation follow-up.

Your responsibilities will include preparing decision materials and presentations for the Executive Board, conducting independent analyses and driving workstreams on strategic and business-critical topics. You will also coordinate input from senior stakeholders and help plan selected meetings and events for Tryg’s top management.

You will be given significant responsibility from the outset, combined with close sparring, regular feedback and opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues across Tryg

Key responsibilities

  • Support and advise Executive Board members on strategic, organizational, and business-critical topics, working closely with senior colleagues in the Executive Office.
  • Preparing decision materials and presentations for the Executive Board
  • Coordinate and plan events for top management.
  • Contribute to strategic analysis, business development, data analysis, and gathering insights.
  • Support the relationship with TryghedsGruppen, including meeting preparation, agenda-setting, stakeholder coordination and alignment.

What we offer

  • Close exposure to Tryg’s Executive Board and some of the company’s highest-priority questions.
  • Broad experience across strategy, business performance, organisation, governance and executive communication.
  • Significant responsibility combined with close sparring, regular feedback and strong development opportunities.
  • An informal and ambitious team culture that values collaboration, well-being and sustainable performance.

About you | A team player

You are analytically strong, curious and motivated by solving complex business challenges. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your work, and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You do not need to know the insurance industry from day one, but you should be eager to learn and able to quickly grasp new concepts and topics.

We expect that you bring:

  • From 2 years of relevant experience from management consulting, corporate strategy, executive support, business development, transformation or a comparable role.
  • A strong academic background in business, economics, political science, engineering or another relevant field.
  • Experience from insurance, financial services or another regulated industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • A proven ability to structure complex problems, conduct robust analysis and develop concise, decision-oriented recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to build clear, well-structured presentations for senior audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge constructively while building alignment.
  • A proactive, dependable and low-ego working style, with a strong team orientation and attention to detail.
