Do you have deep technical expertise in Adobe and enjoy solving complex data, integration, and platform challenges? Are you motivated by designing scalable solutions, owning technical architecture, and working hands-on with development in an enterprise environment?
About the role | Build scalable Marketing Automation solutions across the Nordics
Then you might be our new Adobe Developer in Tryg’s Nordic Marketing Automation & MarTech team.
You’ll join a Nordic team responsible for developing and evolving customer communication capabilities across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. This is a highly technical role where you'll work with Adobe, data architecture, integrations, APIs, and platform development while helping shape the future of our Marketing Automation landscape.
As an Adobe Developer, you’ll become part of a highly skilled, cross-functional team working closely with developers, architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders across the Nordic countries.
Your primary focus will be hands-on development in Adobe tech stack. You will design, build, and evolve solutions that support customer communication at scale, while contributing to the architecture, stability, and long-term development of our Marketing Automation platform.
This is not a campaign operations role. It is a technical specialist role where you'll work with platform development, integrations, data models, and solution design in a complex enterprise environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale solutions in Adobe, preferably in Campaign Classic or Adobe Experience Manager
- Building technical workflows, integrations, APIs, and custom functionality that support customer communication across the Nordics
- Extending and maintaining data models, schemas, and customer data flows across our MarTech ecosystem
- Driving improvements related to platform capabilities, architecture, performance, scalability, and governance
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor, helping translate business requirements into robust and sustainable technical solutions
About you | Adobe Developer
You are an experienced Adobe developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and taking ownership of solutions from design through implementation.
You thrive in environments where development, integrations, architecture, and business needs come together. You understand how technical decisions impact scalability, maintainability, and long-term business value, and you're comfortable challenging requirements and proposing better solutions when needed.
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:
- Have extensive hands-on Adobe development experience from a complex enterprise environment
- Are skilled within Adobe Campaign or Adobe Experience Manager components such as schemas, FDA, JSSP, WebApps, workflows, SOAP APIs, and custom integrations, or similar (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager)
- Have strong technical capabilities within JavaScript, SQL, XML, APIs, data modelling, and ETL processes
- Understand how to design scalable, maintainable, and secure platform solutions
- Enjoy combining hands-on development with architectural thinking and technical ownership
- Communicate fluently in English and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
About us | Make a Nordic impact and work across borders as one team
You’ll be part of our Nordic Marketing Automation & MarTech team, working across Ballerup, Stockholm, and Bergen. Even though we’re based in different countries, we collaborate closely, share knowledge openly, and solve challenges together.
We’re not just running tools. We’re building and continuously evolving technical capabilities that enable scalable customer communication across the Nordic organization. As part of a growing team, you’ll have real influence on how our MarTech landscape develops in the future and how we create better customer experiences through technology.
We value technical curiosity, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. You'll find a supportive environment where people take ownership, challenge existing solutions, and help each other grow.
