As a Student Assistant in our IT PMO team, you will gain hands-on experience within portfolio management, governance, and IT transformation while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
About the role | Where strategy meets execution
You will join our Transformation Office and gain insight into how we plan, govern, and track strategic IT initiatives. Working closely with project managers, leaders, and key stakeholders, you will help create structure, transparency, and progress across our IT portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting communication and change activities
- Preparing presentations and materials for senior stakeholders
- Maintaining and further developing our portfolio management system and supporting data foundation
- Supporting ad hoc tasks and strategic initiatives within the Transformation Office
You will receive thorough onboarding and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop in the role. The position offers valuable experience within IT governance, portfolio management, transformation, and stakeholder management, providing a strong foundation for a future career in consulting, project management, or digital transformation.

You are pursuing a relevant degree and are eager to gain experience within IT transformation, project management, or portfolio management.

- Are structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Take initiative and adapt well to changing priorities
- Having strong communication skills and can translate complexity into clarity
- Are confident using Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
Previous experience is a plus, but curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn are what matters most. You are independent, engaged, and ready to take ownership.

You will join our IT PMO team in the Transformation Office, consisting of 15 dedicated colleagues. We support some of the company's most important IT initiatives and create value through structure, transparency, and close collaboration.
