We are looking for an engaged Project Manager for our Guidewire team at Trygg-Hansa. In this role, you will be part of the Program team that aims to create the best conditions for the organization to be part of the transformation. Here you have the opportunity to be at the forefront of our exciting journey as Trygg-Hansa embarks on its largest business transformation by implementing the Cloud-based core system, Guidewire. The Guidewire implementation is the largest investment in the Tryg group and the most important strategic initiative during this strategic period.

 

About the job | Dedicated project manager for the implementation of Guidewire
As a Project Manager within the Guidewire program's Inception phase, you are responsible for driving the process to prepare the insurance products for implementation in the new Claims core system, Guidewire. The preparation includes responsibility for the overall project plan and driving it to completion, including facilitating analyses of claim types, analytics, the customer journey for the product, gathering business requirements, understanding complexity, and involving stakeholders at all levels.

 

The role requires your ability to understand the organization's change needs and to drive an aggressive project plan forward.

 

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Be responsible for driving the pre-inception and inception phases in the Guidewire program, which involves all preparatory work for all insurance products in Trygg-Hansa before implementation in Guidewire.
  • Lead a team with various competencies (business analysts, process developers, claims handlers, etc.)
  • Act as a link between different stakeholders, including team members, management, and external parties.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize or eliminate them.

The role is a full-time position, located in Malmö or Stockholm, and reports to Frida Arvidsson, Head of Business Development & Transformation Claims SE. Your daily sparring will be with the Director & Business Owner of Guidewire in Claims SE, Caroline Bødker.
