About the role
You will be leading 2 teams with approximately 10 employees and 10 consultants. In these teams we specifically work on migration to our new Claims-system Guidewire.
Other stakeholders are the Nordic Claims Development Leadership team, the Swedish Gudiewire Project and the Swedish Claims Business.
Your main tasks are:
- Oversee all aspects of deliveries to business units, ensuring compliance, security, maintenance, and business continuity.
- Communicate direction according to Tryg strategy, drive a Nordic and scaled approach, and ensure alignment of budgets and roadmaps.
- Promote agile principles, inspire and motivate teams and nurture collaboration within the team, the hub and across Tryg
- Lead by example, cultivate adaptability, and ensure continuous improvement and transparency within teams.
You will be part of a leadership team consisting of 7-8 leaders across the Nordics (Malmö, Copenhagen and Bergen)
About you
We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you have relevant experience with
- Leading a development team and project delivery
- Driving changes and transformations
- Working agile and across country borders – most of our communication is in Scandinavian, but you will also have English speaking team members.
- Stakeholder Management
Business understanding, customer orientation, a strategic mindset and a good understanding for the agile ways of working is essential.
