Nordic Product Manager

Today, Tryg is the market leader in card insurance in the Nordic region, with large bank partnerships in each country. We want to continue the good development by focusing even more on product development, and are therefore looking for a Nordic Product Manager, located in Stockholm, Sweden, who will help achieve our target and high partner satisfaction.

Your new role | Developing products and services

As the Nordic Product Manager, you will be the main contact for our partners in developing existing conditions and new coverages. You will collaborate with the team to enhance our value proposition for both current and new partners, staying attuned to trends in the Nordic travel and purchase insurance markets while identifying new opportunities.

Your responsibilities include optimizing existing coverages, developing relevant new services, and implementing these with customers and our claims departments. You will receive strong support from our claims organization and partner managers, working closely with claims handlers across the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product portfolio
• Maintain and develop existing conditions
• Develop new products, coverages and services
• Responsible for keeping up with developments in the travel market in the Nordic region
• Responsibility for price calculations on new coverages or changes to existing ones
• Ensure an effective collaboration with partners and colleagues, where high customer satisfaction is the focal point of our joint success
• Ensure high activity, commitment and collaboration with the card claims department
• Responsible for running various activities within product development

To succeed as our Nordic Product Manager, you must prioritize the customer and partner. Being structured, ambitious, and creative, along with a passion for achieving results through positive dialogue with stakeholders, will be advantageous.

• exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
• demonstrate drive, ambition, and creativity with a focus on results
• maintain structure in planning and execution
• bring experience from similar roles in the insurance industry
• speak Swedish and be able to communicate in ‘Scandinavian’ and English. If you speak Finnish, it is a plus.
• be prepared for travel days across our offices in the Nordics.
