About the role | Consultant in Group Innovation and Prevention
As our new colleague, you will be part of project-based teams alongside colleagues from various backgrounds. You will play a key role in executing our prevention strategy by driving cross-functional projects with high scalability potential across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. For instance, projects might involve reducing water damage for our customers, lowering the number of traffic accidents, or making it easier for customers to safely return to their normal life after an illness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new prevention initiatives and taking them from analysis to implementation.
- Identifying customer needs and matching them with what Tryg does best to deliver the industry’s leading prevention solutions.
- Building strong commercial intuition to prioritize and execute projects.
About you | A strong generalist
To succeed in this role, you should be analytically sharp and structured. You could be new to the workforce with a commercial or technical master’s degree or have a few years of experience and a strong academic record. Most importantly, you:
- Excel at quickly building strong relationships.
- Are both data-driven and commercially minded, able to independently identify and analyze the necessary data.
- Have project management skills with a structured, initiative-taking, and thorough approach.
- Naturally build good relationships with people.
- Possess high emotional intelligence, so in addition to your analytical skills, you collaborate effectively across business units and handle roadblocks smoothly.
- (If you have work experience) Preferably from consulting, product development, commercial strategy, or a similar field.
As Tryg’s working language is “Scandinavian,” we expect that you speak and write fluent Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, as well as proficient in English. We are based in Ballerup, where you will work daily, but we collaborate closely with our Swedish and Norwegian colleagues.
