About the role ǀ IT Contract Manager

In the Contract and Vendor Management team we support the Business IT & Digitalisation (BID) organization by managing the portfolio of IT Contract and the execution of large strategic contracts by ensuring that compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables, managing changes and issues in service delivery, and drives value through structured governance, data‑driven insights, and proactive vendor and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the performance of major IT agreements, including IT Outsourcing and Systems Integration engagements.
• Track and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, GDPR, ISO).
• Advise business and IT stakeholders on contract interpretation, obligations, and risk management.
• Identify and resolve contractual issues, manage changes, and lead dispute resolution processes.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met and service credits are managed.
• Orchestrate governance forums and maintain alignment with contractual frameworks.
• Support financial processes by validating invoices and ensuring commercial accuracy.
• Maintain clear documentation and traceability from agreement clauses to reporting.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance of Tryg’s large strategic contracts and thereby contribute to the realization of Tryg’s IT Strategy. This position is based at our headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark.

About you ǀ Strong experience in Contract Management

We are seeking a colleague who is passionate and skilled in Contract Management, with strong experience in managing complex contracts, preferably IT outsourcing or managed services). As you will be working alongside our stakeholders in IT and our vendors, we value the ability to advise on contractual issues and build relations and partnerships.  

Key qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience in contract management, with at least 3 years focused on IT contracts (preferably IT outsourcing or managed services).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g. DORA, GDPR).
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to tracking obligations and performance.
• Familiarity with ITIL, governance practices, and finance controls.

Your ability to build strong relations and find mutually beneficial solutions to complex issues will be key to your success in this role.
