About the role | Defining the future of shared enterprise solutions
As a Digital Transformation Manager at Tryg, you will work to shape the future of IT for a leading Scandinavian insurance company to become more simple, scalable, and operate even more Nordic. We aim to take our shared enterprise solutions to the next level, so all your ideas, ambition, input and experience are welcome and valuable.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of large-scale IT transformations to assume the role of Digital Transformation Manager. This pivotal role involves leading and managing the implementation of the Non-Core Consolidation portfolio in NextTech to ensure consistency, manage dependencies, identify and remove road blockers, and steer key stakeholders from Business and IT Management.
You will be given the following key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor project teams across the Nordics and ensure seamless coordination across business and IT, with a focus on value creation and operational excellence
- Identify new opportunities to expand and strengthen the portfolio to meet financial objectives
- Lead analyses to define target solutions and governance, and prepare and drive decision-making processes at multiple levels (from IT management to the Executive Board)
- Identify and manage dependencies with other Next Tech portfolios and initiatives outside of Next Tech program
- Strengthen and oversee program governance, ensuring effective budget, resource, and risk management
- Partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, manage expectations, and deliver measurable outcomes
The position is located at our offices in Ballerup.
About you | In-depth transformation experience
We are open to different backgrounds, but to be successful you will benefit from following experiences:
- In-depth understanding of large-scale IT transformations and implementations in large corporates (C25 preferred)
- Strong ability to formulate and communicate visions and solutions of complex problems at C-suite level
- Proven record of executive stakeholder management abilities within both business and IT
- Strong IT implementation domain knowledge to set direction and facilitate collaboration between teams of program directors and managers from a content perspective
- Experience with IT Program management in the financial industry and in business process management is an advantage
