About the job | Head of NIP
As Head of NIP, you will be responsible for a team of 7-8 full-time employees and 4 student analysts. You will be part of the management team for Group "SIME," which further includes the Group Strategy, M&A, and Executive Office teams.
It will be your responsibility to:
- Identify, improve/develop, and scale best commercial processes and innovations for Tryg on a Nordic level with a customer-centric approach
- Operationalize commercial and innovative initiatives from our new 2027 strategy together with our Business Units
- Lead and develop a highly ambitious team with diverse professional backgrounds, incl. consulting, marketing and start-ups
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across our Business Units to facilitate and accelerate change and continuous improvement
- Develop the NIP agenda to play into the needs of the business, continuing to drive real impact
- Contribute to the management team in Group “SIME” to ensure that we remain at the forefront of how we provide strategic support across Tryg
About you | A leader with a strong commercial and strategic background
To succeed in this role, we expect a strong ability to lead and succeed through others, excellent stakeholder management skills, an ability to think outside the box, and a well-developed analytical and strategic toolbox.
Preferably, you have a background from a top-tier consultancy, combined with experience from strategy, business development, commercial excellence or similar. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience - prior leadership experience is a plus - you are an excellent communicator, and you have a proven ability to work efficiently across all levels of an organization.
