Do you want to play a key role in driving financial transformation at one of Scandinavia’s largest insurance companies? As a PMO Analyst in Tryg Finance, you’ll help drive one of our most high-impact transformation programs - focused on enhancing financial steering and transparency across the organization.

About the role | PMO Analyst in Finance PMO   

As a PMO Analyst, you will be part of the central PMO team within Tryg Finance. You will support program execution by ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination across workstreams. Your work will enable senior stakeholders to maintain visibility, make informed decisions, and drive progress toward strategic goals.   

Your key responsibilities:   

  • Prepare Steering Committee meetings with high-quality material and ensure follow-up on key decisions and actions   
  • Maintain and refine program plans, budget tracking, and status reports to support strategic decision-making   
  • Track progress across workstreams and deliver timely, insight-driven updates to program leadership   
  • Financial processes within the program, such as expenses and benefits, with a focus on business case, monthly closes, and forecasts 
  • Support risk and issue management by identifying trends and recommending mitigation actions   
  • Help evolve PMO tools, templates, and reporting frameworks to improve clarity and impact   

 

Location: Stockholm or Copenhagen. The role involves Nordic collaboration, including occasional travel to other offices.

We believe that you are passionate about working with finance transformation, enjoy contributing in a PMO set-up, and are ready to grow in a structured, fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with data, timelines, and stakeholders. Clarity and consistency in program delivery come naturally to you.   

To be successful in the role, you bring:   

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or business support roles. Experience in management consulting is preferred, but other relevant experiences in similar fields may also be considered  
  • Master of Science in business, finance, or a related field, supported by strong academic performance 
  • Strong skills in planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication   
  • Good understanding of project management tools and methodologies   
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English   

 You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive when supporting teams to stay organized and aligned.
