About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Program Manager to join our NextTech Program and help drive our CRM and Contact Center replacement program together with our NexTech Leadership team and business stakeholders. The NextTech Program is a part of our Nordic transformation strategy where we handle elements such as simplification, Nordic alignment and ways of working. The program involves stakeholders from our entire organization, such as our IT landscape affects all our colleagues and departments. You will join our Large Transformations team, which works with strategic projects across many insurance business areas.
As Program Manager your responsibilities will be to setup the program organization in close cooperation with the NextTech Building Block lead, our business partners and IT stakeholders to ensure the best fit for the stage of the program and deliver the right value, the right way at speed. Therefore, stakeholder management and collaboration are key as well as facilitating the program processes and execution.
We are working on setting up the programs to change our legacy CRM and Contact Centre solutions in Denmark, Norway and Sweden to support our future customer journeys. Hence, we are looking for a strong profile to help us on this journey, ensure a fit future while enabling the ongoing business deliveries. We have high ambitions on customer satisfaction and value creation and work closely together with business and technology.

About you
We are open to diverse backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of setting up and driving large execution programs through Lean and Agile Methods. Business understanding and program management experience from CRM and Contact Center replacements are key.
We believe it is important that you:
- Strong stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement including development of and giving presentations on all levels.
- Are a great facilitator and a strong communicator across all levels in the organization both oral and written.
- Able to navigate in the organization (business and technology) including negotiation skills
- Analytical - Able to understand and analyse the situation and complexity and find solutions
- Team player and able to work on all levels of the organization with an agile mind-set
- Experienced and focused on deliveries and targets. “Keep it simple” with a strong focus on creating value
- Able to navigate in a high-performance environment
- Understanding IT especially regarding CRM and Contact Center solutions like Microsoft CRM or other CRM solutions
- You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English
- Certifications: PMI PMP, IPMA A / B or equivalent
- Experience from large transformations / CRM & CC replacements in Insurance or the financial sector are an advantage
Tryg has teams in several countries, so a natural curiosity and understanding for cultural differences are expected to succeed in the role.
