Service Integration Manager

About the role | Collaboration and integration

As a Service Integration Manager in our Service Integration and Management (SIAM) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient cross-vendor collaboration and improved support of business requirements and delivery models. Your focus will be on delivering optimized service quality to the business, supporting Tryg’s customers, and aligning the perception of these services. You will manage a multi-vendor setup by integrating the vendors' services into a seamless end-to-end service that supports the business requirements. The role involves focusing on proactive initiatives to secure operational stability and ensuring vendors collaborate closely with a focus on proactivity and business performance.

 

Core tasks include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships across Tryg’s business areas to secure the alignment of services and operational performance to customer requirements.
  • Engaging actively with key stakeholders in Business IT & Digitalization (BID) to align performance on operational matters.
  • Ensuring the business utilizes existing processes from an operational standpoint and handling escalations where normal processes fail.
  • Integrating and optimizing operational process flows across organizational units with a focus on End2End, thereby breaking down silo-deliveries.
  • Initiating and following up on necessary improvement measures across the vendors represented in SIAM governance.
  • Orchestrating and integrating vendors within processes related to Service Integration and Management.

 

About you | Strategic and curious

To succeed in this role, you need to be a strong communicator and adept at stakeholder management. You will work closely with various roles both within and outside Tryg, supporting current and future customer requirements and cross-delivery models.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has in-depth knowledge of service deliveries and vendor management.
  • Is structured and analytical in their approach to problem-solving.
  • Possesses a good business understanding and the ability to comprehend operational challenges.
  • Has a proven track record of improving collaboration between parties.
  • Is proactive and thrives in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders.

Given the nature of the role, it is important that you remain calm and motivated despite potential challenges. Your ability to convey messages clearly and your desire to create simple solutions and processes are key strengths.

 

About us | Service Integration and Management

In the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) team, we specifically work on orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of services to support Tryg Business. Our aim is to provide a single point of visibility and control for the cross-service management and delivery of services provided by different vendors. The team currently consists of a group of Service Integrators and monitoring capabilities. Internally, we prioritize regular sparring and succeeding as a group.
