About the role | Strategy Manager at Data Strategy & Governance 

We are building a new strategy and governance team within our Chief Data Office, and we’re looking for a Strategy Manager to help shape it from the ground up. If you are fueled by the intersection of analytical data, strategy, and transformation, this could be the right opportunity for you.

  • Managing strategic projects end-to-end, including delegating tasks and providing guidance and constructive feedback to colleagues 
  • Partnering with data domains teams and business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear strategic initiatives 
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the CDO Management and Data area    
  • Owning senior stakeholder relations and building trusted relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and impact 

About you | A team player 

You are an ambitious, motivated, and proactive team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment. You hold a strong academic record from a relevant master’s degree – such as economics, business, political science, engineering, IT, or a related field. 

You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a professional background in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or similar, ideally combined with experience working with - or solid knowledge of - AI, analytics, data engineering, analytical platforms, large-scale transformations, commercial development, commercial excellence, or related areas.

Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, along with professional proficiency in English - both written and spoken - is essential. 

You are an efficient project manager with strong interpersonal skills, capable of driving strategic thinking on technical agendas in close collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders. With a structured approach, an analytical mindset, and a solid understanding of data, you communicate clearly and present your ideas with confidence and impact.

Your sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and critical thinking make you a reliable colleague. You work effectively both independently and in teams, and you actively seek out diverse perspectives to strengthen the quality of your work. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and contribute to our shared development and feedback culture.
