Student Assistant to NextTech Transformation Management Office

About the role | Strategic execution meets tech transformation
In our Transformation Management Office, we specifically work on driving the execution of Tryg’s largest transformation program - NextTech. We are an integrated part of the Business IT & Digitalization department. NextTech is a cross-organizational program, where the aim is to simplify our IT-landscape, optimize Nordic synergies, and overall be more prepared to meet the challenges and expectations of the future, especially when it comes to new technologies and ways of working.
In your role as Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn across multiple areas such as transformation management, project management, digital strategy execution, communication and change management all while supporting the execution of the TMO agenda. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to take part in various business initiatives and drive positive impact across the NextTech program.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the overall orchestration and administration of the program within the TMO, as well as the 20+ projects within the program
- Creating communication and reporting material for various senior stakeholders and forums – both within the program and towards the rest of the organization
- Managing independent workstreams with guidance from the team
- Supporting the team in ad-hoc tasks
- Working as a team-member on IT projects with strategic importance for Tryg
We will work together on finding a balance between the areas that suit your desired development path and our current business needs. Working hours are flexible (avg. 15 hours per week) with the possibility to work from home.
About you | Proactive, structured and tech-curious
We welcome applications from bachelor’s and master’s students from different backgrounds, but we expect that you will easily interact with colleagues across all levels in the organization. You take pride in delivering numerous and varied tasks of high quality, and you create value with your willingness to accept and meet challenges.
We also see that you have:
- An interest in tech/IT and data, as well as the ability to convey complex information to executive business stakeholders
- A proactive approach and change-readiness as priorities can change swiftly.
- Excellent attention to detail and approach tasks in a structured manner
- Any prior experience in similar jobs or organizations is an advantage but not essential
Finally, to be a key candidate, you have a high level of personal integrity, which makes you good at maintaining a high degree of trust and confidentiality. You master PowerPoint and Excel and have brilliant communication skills in written and oral English.
